NINJA TRAC

Race, Climb and Hit Every Target on Live Ninja Course
Now Run into Light, Sound and Timed Competition

NinjaTrac by Rugged Interactive is an interactive timing and reaction system that turns a standard ninja or soft play course into a fully tracked challenge. As players move through the course, they tap glowing pods mounted along the route. Each hit is recorded, each miss adds time, and the final pod at the end stops the clock. The result is a fast, motivating test of speed, fitness and accuracy that keeps guests pushing to improve their time and climb the leaderboard.

RACE THE CLOCK AND HIT THE LEADERBOARD

NinjaTrac focuses on one clear game that everyone understands immediately. Players start their run at the touchscreen kiosk, enter their name and get ready. When the game begins, they move through the course, hitting every pod that lights up along the way. The final red pod at the end stops the timer and locks in their result.

All pods for lane one light green and, if a second lane is installed, lane two lights blue. Any pod that is missed adds a ten second penalty to the final time, so accuracy is as important as speed. At the end of the run, the big display shows the player’s time and position. The integrated leaderboard screen tracks the best runs of the day, the week and all time, creating a simple reason for visitors to return and try to beat their previous score.

The system is controlled by a central control box with hub boxes feeding pods along each lane. Everything is designed for indoor use, high throughput and easy daily checks by staff so NinjaTrac can run throughout the day with minimal downtime.

HOW TO PLAY NINJATRAC

How to play, scoring and ready screen

A themed NinjaTrac instruction graphic walks players through the experience. It explains that they race against the clock, hit pods along the route and press the red finish pod to stop the timer. It also highlights the scoring rule that each missed pod adds ten seconds to their time, then invites them to tap “Ready” to start.

In-game dual lane timing display

A bright digital game screen shows two large timers, one for each player, with ninja icons representing missed pods and coloured lights for active lanes. This makes it easy for guests to see who is ahead while they move through the course.

Final score summary screen

At the end of the run, a final score display shows overall finish time, number of pods missed and the total time penalty added. It also shows the player’s position on the leaderboard so they know exactly how their performance compares to others.
