Exergaming May Improve Dementia Symptoms – Try SmartFit Mini

As there are few treatment options for dementia, recently some Belgium researchers, in collaboration with Eling D. de Bruin of ETH Zurich investigated whether exergaming as an activity that combines fun exercise with cognitive training, could improve dementia symptoms in people with the condition.

One of our recent new additions the SmartFit Mini is an exceptional tool for this population.  The combined cognitive and motor skills training is known to significantly speed up neuromotor skills and improvements in cognition.
