Fit Interactive’s Heavy Ball is a great machine that can provide a great variety of workouts from strength, cardio, functional movements, low/high intensity movements, and it just goes on. Using simple weighted medicine balls, you drop the ball into the lighted column, and repeat until the workout interval is finished. Using different combinations of different weighted medicine ball, mixing cardio into the workout, single or multiplayer, and different programmed workouts give you countless possibilities of workouts, on one machine.
The functional movement of different forms of squats, burpees, side-stepping, sprints, explosive movements, and more can all be developed and trained with the Heavy Ball. The Heavy Ball was designed around a main workout concept that is extremely simple so that you can add, take out, or adjust any part of the workout to match your physical needs. We encourage you to find new and creative ways to train with your Heavy Ball and 3 Kick, find new movements, new challenges, and new people to compete against. This will keep you working out without thinking twice about it, because it becomes enjoyable and fun instead of something you dread and don’t enjoy.
Fitness Games are some of Exergame Fitness’ bread and butter, the machines are half of what we do, but the programming, workouts, and supports is the other half. From kids running around dropping some light balls in to adults doing challenges/competitions, it is all about using fitness games the we can provide in your workouts. These coincide with our T-Wall and CardioWall workout programs and Workouts of the Week (WOWs).
We will have our Heavy Ball, 3 Kick, T-Wall 64, Versus Trainer, and Trixter VR at our booth at IHRSA 2016. Stay tuned for updates on our booth and general exergaming news!
